Order Processing Time
If you place your order before 17:00 (GMT), we start processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 17:00 (GMT) are processed on the next business day. Handling time is 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Delivery Timeframes & Shipping Cost (UK)
Standard delivery across the United Kingdom takes approximately 4–6 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch. Shipping is free UK-wide. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier workload.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your parcel via the Track Your Order page.
Can I Cancel or Amend My Order?
Email info@leonixo.com as soon as possible before dispatch. We process orders quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped. If dispatch cannot be stopped, you may use our returns process after delivery.
Which Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Maestro, Mastercard, Shop Pay, and Visa. Card data is encrypted in transit and processed securely by PCI-compliant providers. We do not store full card numbers.
What Is Your Returns Policy?
You may initiate a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Use a tracked service and keep the receipt. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
Who Pays Return Postage?
- Change-of-mind: return postage is paid by the customer.
- Faulty or not as described: we cover reasonable return postage once validated.
When Will I Receive My Refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return (or receive satisfactory proof of return), approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 days. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or not as described.
Do You Offer Exchanges?
Yes, exchanges are available subject to stock. Email info@leonixo.com and we will advise the fastest route — either a direct exchange or return and reorder process.
What If My Item Arrives Faulty or Incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact info@leonixo.com promptly with photos, your order number, and a brief description. You may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery. For validated cases, we will cover reasonable return postage. Your statutory rights, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days, remain unaffected.
